Nuestro café es directamente producido por nosotros, en la finca «El Porvenir» en San Juan De Rioseco, cundinamarca. Se caracteriza por ser un café suave, de altura(cultivado a 1550msnm) y resiliente. Estamos seguros que apenas lo abras te sentirás recorriendo nuestros bellos paisajes colombianos, sentirás el aroma a hogar, el aroma a FINCA.   Puntaje en taza: 85pnts

Perfíl del Café

1. Aroma y fragancia: Notas afrutadas, chocolate, vainilla, canela y nuez silvestre, meloso (panela) y herbal
2. Sabor: Se perciben notas a chocolate, cidra dulce, canela, pino y cedro. Sabores citricos y melosos.
3. Acidez: Cítrica, es de intensidad media de tonalidad a toronja dulce y malica.
4. Post-gusto: Suave de sensación mandarina / manzana. Dulce, herbal.
5. Balance: Uniforme en sus diferentes atributos.
6. Cuerpo: De intensidad media sedosa. La calidad de su acidez media con sensación citrica.
7. Sabor residual: Dulce herbal

Our coffee is directly produced by us, at the «El Porvenir» farm in San Juan De Rioseco, Cundinamarca. It is characterized by being a soft, cultivated in 1550 msnm and resilient coffee. We are sure that as soon as you open it you will feel yourself traveling through our beautiful Colombian landscapes, you will feel the aroma of home, the aroma of FINCA.

COFFEE PROFILE:

1. Aroma and fragrance: fruity notes, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon and wild walnut, honeyed (panela) and herbal
2. Flavor: Notes of chocolate, sweet citron, cinnamon, pine and cedar. Citrus and honeyed flavors.
3. Acidity: Citric, it is of medium intensity with a sweet grapefruit and malica tone.
4. Aftertaste: Smooth with a tangerine / apple feel. Sweet, herbal.
5. Balance: Uniform in its different attributes.
6. Body: Silky medium intensity. The quality of its medium acidity with a citrus sensation.
7. Residual flavor: Sweet herbal
